IATF 16949 quality management, a CNAS-accredited laboratory and integrated production support mirror and vehicle-vision programs from validation through volume manufacturing.

JDONG operates an IATF 16949 quality management system and a GB/T 24001 / ISO 14001 environmental management system, with product-certification capability covering ECE R46 E-Mark and GB 15084 CQC requirements. The CNAS laboratory is also approved by multiple vehicle manufacturers and operates 100 inspection and test devices covering more than 2,010 test items.

Production spans 60T–3300T injection molding, Class 100,000 coating, ultrasonic welding, 14 mirror assembly lines, and Class 10,000 SMT, camera AA, final assembly and online aging. Every mirror assembly receives end-of-line checks for adjustment, indicators, heating, power folding, BSD and camera functions.

Every mirror assembly is checked for adjustment, indicators, heating, power folding, BSD and cameras, with image, electrical, airtightness and aging checks for electronics.
